USA Powerlifting weight classes:

Women (kg): 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 100+

Men (kg): 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 140+

This is a full powerlifting (3-lift), single division meet.

Select the division where you feel you will be most competitive.

Divisions:

Teen ALL (Age DOTS)

Teen I (14-15), Teen II (16-17), Teen III (18-19)

Open (14+)'
